TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE E-STORE OF SECONDE OÜ

The owner of the online store www.ttw.ee (hereinafter: Online Store) is Seconde OÜ (registry code 16023486), located at Rotermanni 2, Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: User Agreement) are a binding legal agreement between Seconde OÜ (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the customer (hereinafter: Service User) who places an order in the Online Store and identifies themselves by entering their personal data.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Seconde OÜ sells alcoholic beverages only to adults who confirm at the time of order that they are at least 18 years old. Age is verified upon delivery.

  • The parties are governed by the Law of Obligations Act and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia, as well as the terms of this User Agreement.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Online Store services at any time.
  • The Service Provider may unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement without being required to notify the Service User in writing by email.
  • Seconde OÜ ensures that the personal data provided by the customer is used only to the extent necessary for fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  • By checking the box “I agree to the terms and conditions of ttw.ee” during checkout, the Service User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this User Agreement.

 

PRODUCTS, PURCHASING, PRICES

  • These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
  • Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Product prices are displayed alongside each product. Delivery fees are added to the final price.
  • Orders must be paid in full in advance.
  • Payments are made outside the Online Store environment via secure bank or payment service provider platforms. Seconde OÜ has no access to the customer’s banking or card information.
  • Product descriptions are displayed next to each item.
  • Product availability may change at any time.
  • Product images may differ from the actual products.
  • Products are available for both private individuals and legal entities.
  • The Service User selects the desired products and must provide the necessary information for order fulfillment (full name, phone number, email, delivery address, postal code), and pay via bank link.
  • The Service Provider has the right to change product prices at any time. If prices change after the order has been placed and paid, the order will be fulfilled according to the prices valid at the time of ordering. The Service User is not entitled to compensation for price differences.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS

  • Ordered goods are delivered by courier within 2–4 business days after payment has been received in the Seconde OÜ bank account.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00 (excluding national holidays).
  • Couriers must check a valid ID upon delivery and may not hand over alcoholic goods to anyone under the age of 18.
  • Self-pickup is available Mon–Fri between 14:00 and 22:00 at Rotermanni 2, Tallinn.
  • Same-day express delivery is available within Tallinn on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders must be placed between 09:30 and 16:30.
  • Upon receipt, the customer must immediately verify that the goods match the invoice and delivery note.
  • In case of incorrect, defective, or damaged items, the customer must notify Seconde OÜ customer service immediately by phone or email.
  • Seconde OÜ and the courier service are not liable for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Special delivery instructions can be added to the comment box during checkout.

 

WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

  • Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email or phone before the goods are dispatched. The email must include the order number and the customer’s contact details (name, order date, phone number).
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds are processed without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
  • Refunds are issued to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

  • Under Estonian and EU law, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
  • If goods are incorrect or defective, please contact Wine Time customer service immediately upon receipt by email or phone. Seconde OÜ will bear the cost of returning or replacing faulty or incorrect items.

 

PERSONAL DATA AND ITS USE

  • The Online Store uses customer data (name, phone, address, email, bank details) solely to process orders and deliver goods.
  • Personal data is shared with the delivery company only for the purpose of delivering the order.
  • Marketing emails and special offers will only be sent to the customer’s email if the customer has explicitly opted in by entering their email address and requesting to receive direct marketing content.
  • Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the link provided in the emails or by contacting us.

 

DISPUTES

  • Disputes arising from this User Agreement between the Service Provider and Service User shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
