Time To Wine Rotermanni is a wine bar and shop in the heart of Tallinn, located in the vibrant Rotermanni district. We created this space for those who appreciate authentic flavors, heartfelt stories, and an atmosphere that invites you to stay and explore. Every glass of wine is an invitation to discover new regions, names, and emotions.
Our selection is carefully curated — we work directly with small European wineries, choosing wines that express craftsmanship, terroir, and a respect for tradition. We believe wine should be accessible, honest, and inspiring.
The Time To Wine project was founded in 2017 with the mission of bringing wine culture closer to everyone seeking not just flavor, but meaning and mood.
In 2024, Rotermanni became an independent project, separating from the Kopli location to develop its own philosophy, portfolio, and partnerships in the heart of Tallinn.
We are proud that Time To Wine Rotermanni received the Star Wine List Grand Prix award for the Best Wine List in the Baltics for two years in a row — in 2023 and 2024. This recognition affirms our dedication to quality, curation, and a passionate approach to wine.

She just makes the whole experience even better.
