Vanust kontrollitakse kauba \u00fcleandmisel.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The parties are governed by the Law of Obligations Act and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia, as well as the terms of this User Agreement.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Online Store services at any time.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider may unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement without being required to notify the Service User in writing by email.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seconde O\u00dc ensures that the personal data provided by the customer is used only to the extent necessary for fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By checking the box &#8220;I agree to the terms and conditions of ttw.ee&#8221; during checkout, the Service User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this User Agreement.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TOOTED, OSTMINE, HINNAD<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Product prices are displayed alongside each product. Delivery fees are added to the final price.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders must be paid in full in advance.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are made outside the Online Store environment via secure bank or payment service provider platforms. Seconde O\u00dc has no access to the customer&#8217;s banking or card information.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product descriptions are displayed next to each item.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product availability may change at any time.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product images may differ from the actual products.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products are available for both private individuals and legal entities.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service User selects the desired products and must provide the necessary information for order fulfillment (full name, phone number, email, delivery address, postal code), and pay via bank link.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service Provider has the right to change product prices at any time. If prices change after the order has been placed and paid, the order will be fulfilled according to the prices valid at the time of ordering. The Service User is not entitled to compensation for price differences.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TARNEAJAD JA -TINGIMUSED<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ordered goods are delivered by courier within 2\u20134 business days after payment has been received in the Seconde O\u00dc bank account.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00 (excluding national holidays).<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Couriers must check a valid ID upon delivery and may not hand over alcoholic goods to anyone under the age of 18.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-pickup is available Mon\u2013Fri between 14:00 and 22:00 at Rotermanni 2, Tallinn.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Same-day express delivery is available within Tallinn on business days (Mon\u2013Fri). Orders must be placed between 09:30 and 16:30.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon receipt, the customer must immediately verify that the goods match the invoice and delivery note.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of incorrect, defective, or damaged items, the customer must notify Seconde O\u00dc customer service immediately by phone or email.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seconde O\u00dc and the courier service are not liable for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special delivery instructions can be added to the comment box during checkout.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEPINGUST TAGANEMINE<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email or phone before the goods are dispatched. The email must include the order number and the customer\u2019s contact details (name, order date, phone number).<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are processed without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are issued to the same bank account from which the payment was made.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KAUBA TAGASTAMINE<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under Estonian and EU law, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to alcoholic beverages.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If goods are incorrect or defective, please contact Wine Time customer service immediately upon receipt by email or phone. Seconde O\u00dc will bear the cost of returning or replacing faulty or incorrect items.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISIKUANDMED JA NENDE KASUTAMINE<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Online Store uses customer data (name, phone, address, email, bank details) solely to process orders and deliver goods.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data is shared with the delivery company only for the purpose of delivering the order.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketing emails and special offers will only be sent to the customer\u2019s email if the customer has explicitly opted in by entering their email address and requesting to receive direct marketing content.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the link provided in the emails or by contacting us.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VAIDLUSED<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disputes arising from this User Agreement between the Service Provider and Service User shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
